Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of Saudi eVisa Waiver's website and our paid assistance for the Saudi electronic visa waiver (eVisa Waiver). By using the site, creating an account, or purchasing our service, you agree to them. Our service is for British passport holders applying from the United Kingdom only. We are not the Government of Saudi Arabia and we do not issue visas.

1. The service

We provide assisted preparation and support for the Saudi electronic visa waiver, including document checks and help navigating requirements as described on our site. Approval is never guaranteed. Only the Saudi authorities decide whether to grant a waiver. You must complete official steps and payments on the authority systems as applicable.

2. Eligibility to use our paid assistance

Paid assistance on this website is offered only where we state on the site: typically British passport holders ordinarily applying from the United Kingdom for the electronic visa waiver. If you do not meet our published scope, do not purchase our service. We may refuse or cancel orders that fall outside our scope.

3. Not legal or immigration advice

Content on this site is for general information. It is not legal, immigration, or consular advice. Rules change; you remain responsible for verifying requirements on visa.mofa.gov.sa and with carriers and accommodation providers before you travel.

4. Fees, official charges, and insurance

Our assistance is priced per person (for example £49 Standard or £65 Priority at checkout — see the live pricing page). You also pay the official Saudi electronic visa waiver fee through checkout where applicable (typically in the region of £30–£35 per person; exchange rates vary). Neither our assistance fee nor the authority waiver fee includes travel or medical insurance unless we expressly state otherwise in writing for a specific product.

5. Refunds and outcomes

Visa and waiver decisions rest with the authorities. Applications may be refused or delayed for reasons outside our control. Fees you pay to us are not refundable if your waiver is refused, delayed, or if you do not use the approval, except where a mandatory statutory right applies or we expressly agree otherwise in writing. This reflects the position you confirm at checkout when you accept our terms and no-refund policy.

6. Your obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, lawful, and up-to-date information and genuine documents.
  • Not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or upload malware.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential.
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes consistent with Saudi and UK law.

7. Intellectual property

Text, graphics, logos, and software on this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may browse and print reasonable copies for personal use; you may not copy, scrape, or republish our content for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our total liability arising from or in connection with these terms or the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific application giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

9. Third parties

Links to third-party sites (including official government portals) are for convenience. We do not control third-party content or availability. Payment processing is handled by our payment partner under its own terms and privacy notice.

10. Suspension and changes

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, legal risk, or a security incident. We may change the site or these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
