Pricing for our assistance
Our fee covers document checks, eligibility review for the Saudi electronic visa waiver, and support through submission. It is separate from the fee you pay to the Saudi authorities for the waiver itself. Neither the official waiver fee nor our £49 / £65 assistance includes travel or medical insurance.
Official Saudi waiver fee (no assistance)
When you apply for the electronic visa waiver directly with Saudi Arabia, the government fee is usually in the region of £30–£35 per person in pounds after conversion — often around £33. That official product does not bundle emergency medical or travel insurance for your trip. Exchange rates move the exact GBP amount; you will see the authority line item before you pay.
Assistance per traveller (our service)
Charged once per person in your application (individual or group). You choose the tier at checkout. Insurance is not part of this price.

What you see at checkout
In a typical assisted application you pay boththe Saudi authority's electronic visa waiver charge (usually about £30–£35) and our assistance fee (£49 or £65 per person). The total is shown in GBP in Stripe before you confirm. That is not the same pricing model as the separate Saudi tourist eVisa, which is a different product (often a higher overall charge and its own insurance rules) — we do not assist with the tourist eVisa.

- We only assist British passport holders applying from the United Kingdom with the electronic visa waiver — not the Saudi tourist eVisa.
- Our assistance fee is subject to the terms you accept at checkout (including the no-refund position if the authorities refuse a waiver).
